Q1- Triple room with private external toilet - Central location, with good internet. Located at Av. da Liberdade 33, apartment 1, left. It has 1 double bed and 1 single bed, and the private toilet is located in the hallway. It is ideal for a group of friends and small families. Close to the historic center, citizen's shop, Altice Forum, with markets and restaurants nearby. A shared support pantry equipped with microwave, electric kettle and coffee maker is available on site. (We do not have a kitchen) The space Habtiar Guest House is a Local Accommodation, with 5 bedrooms all with private bathrooms. It is an apartment located on the first floor of an old building. Its interior has been completely designed and remodeled to provide a quiet and comfortable stay for our guests. There are rooms for friends, couples, families, and individual travelers. Although we do not have an elevator, we are located on the first floor. The location is central with easy access to parking spaces on nearby streets (we DO NOT have private parking). Our check-in is practical, about 98% is autonomous, which allows our guests to arrive at the time they want after the start of check-in as long as they have filled out the online check-in form that is sent after the booking is confirmed. We are not a hotel, so we do not have a reception desk, but our online service via WhatsApp is from 7:00 a.m. to midnight. Each room has its own characteristics, so we always ask that before booking you carefully read the amenities of the room you are booking, because although all our rooms have a private bathroom, 2 of them have the bathroom outside, so always read carefully the name of the room and its amenities. Please note that the room name itself mentions whether the bathroom is external (outside the room). We do not have a kitchen, so it is not possible to cook. We only have a small pantry that serves as a support area for heating pre-made meals, as we have a microwave, electric kettle and Nespresso coffee maker. A remodeled apartment on the first floor of an old building. The accommodation contains only 5 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. It does not have a full kitchen, only a small one is available as a support area equipped with a microwave, electric kettle, Nespresso coffee maker, some cutlery, plates and glasses. There is no stove. This space is shared with the other guests. Cleaning is done daily on-site. Smoking is not allowed inside. Pets and people who are not guests are not allowed inside. Visitors are not allowed. If you wish to include breakfast, there is an additional charge of 6.00 euros. The tourist tax of 1.50 per person per night, limited to 4 nights according to Braga legislation, must be paid at check-in. Location and parking: Habtiar is located in downtown Braga, 100 meters away from Parque da Ponte, where there is free public parking. Parking is also possible in the surrounding streets.
