If you have more than 1 vehicle, please contact us for more details on where to street park an additional vehicle. 4/ no kitchen and laundry available inside unit as stated inside original listing. If you need access to shared laundry or kitchen, you must contact us within 24 hours of booking and work out to see what other listing is suitable for your need. This listing does not provide either option. 5/ the unit consists of 1 large room space for sleeping/living combined + 1 private bathroom inside your unit. - 1 queen size bed (suitable and comfortable for 2 average adults only) - 1 additional sofa bed for single person could be set up if notified 48 hours before arrival. Otherwise, you can set up yourself upon arrival. You can request for additional linen and bedding for it. - Smart TV and wifi internet - microwave and mini fridge - window AC unit - working desk and chair - fresh clean linen and bath towels. - private entry, lock and key for its own unit. - spacious area in the backyard to enjoy. - private side gate entry, away from main house entry. -still part of the main building structure, so some noise is expected during the stay.
