Bright House-share with Private Bath Near Airport

Two queen bedrooms with a private bathroom in beautiful craftsman style house in a NE Portland. Guests have use of private full bathroom and two queen bedrooms. Both rooms have a smart TV. Dedicated medium sized fridge, microwave and coffee maker are provided. Close to parks and hiking trails. Just 8 minutes to PDX and easy access to freeways. Laundry and ample parking. Short bike ride to Beaumont, Alberta and Hollywood districts with many shops & restaurants. Breakfast: $10 / guest. The space Two queen bedrooms in a newly remodeled 1930s style craftsman house in a conveniently located neighborhood of North East Portland, close to freeways and just 5 miles from downtown. The host can provide bicycles to get around this cycle-friendly city on request at a small additional charge. The space is bright and airy and with two comfortable queen beds and plenty of closet space. There is a door from the second bedroom leading to the back patio and yard. I have 146 reviews as a host from my previous Airbnb in Los Angeles and had over 200 guests or groups stay with me. This is a new Airbnb property for me so I don't yet have any reviews, but please check out my previous reviews as a host. Guest access Guests have access to queen bedrooms and bathroom. Door into second bedroom off rear deck can be used for private access. Guests may coordinate with host for use of front and back decks. COOKING ARRANGEMENTS: The following cooking arrangements are available for guests: - Guests have dedicate microwave, medium sized fridge and coffee maker. - A full set of plates and silverware for guest use are provided. During your stay The host is always available by phone and text for any questions guests may have and is happy to provide advice on the local area and help guests plan any activities. Other things to note I have a dog and a cat who live on the premises - both are very friendly. There is always ample street parking right outside the house.
