We are generally hands off, but accessible via app & very happy to answer any questions you may have. Guest access The entire basement space is accessible to you. Those staying for over a week are able to use the washer/dryer. Other things to note This is a basement apartment, please note that from time to time you may hear ambient noise, such as footsteps from those residing upstairs.
