Ideal for relaxing, Windsurfing, Kitesurfing, Paddle Boarding, Kayaking, Beach Fishing, Swimming. Large patio, great for barbecues and eating out in the sunshine. 4 nice pubs! Lovely beach walks and countryside walks by Chichester Harbour and on the Downs at Goodwood. Chichester, Portsmouth, Arundel nearby. Plenty of private parking. The space Outdoor space available which includes dinning area, bbq grill and fire pit. Guest access Facilities access via main entrance door.
