The house has easy access from the main road and is located right on the shore of the Peruca lake. Suitable for people who want to spend both a quiet and active vacation considering the quiet secluded location but also with possibilities like hiking, swimming, fishing. If you want to spend your vacation in the countryside and at the same time enjoy our Adriatic Sea, the nearest beaches are about an hour's drive away in Split or Šibenik. The space On the first floor, there are two bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a living room with a sofa bed, with access to a spacious terrace overlooking the lake and the mountains. On the same floor, there is also a separate room with two single beds and a bathroom. On the ground floor, there is a living room with a sofa bed and a bathroom. There is also a traditional tavern-style room (konoba) intended for social gatherings. In front of the house, there is a covered outdoor dining area with BBQ facilities, perfect for relaxing and enjoying meals with family and friends. Guest access You also have access to a free parking space, a spacious backyard with a barbecue area, and plenty of space for children to play. Guests also have at their disposal two canoes and sup for riding on the lake.
