The house has easy access from the main road and is located right on the shore of the Peruca lake. Suitable for people who want to spend both a quiet and active vacation considering the quiet secluded location but also with possibilities like hiking, swimming, fishing. If you want to spend your vacation in the countryside and at the same time enjoy our Adriatic Sea, the nearest beaches are about an hour's drive away in Split or Šibenik. The space Ground floor is made of studio apartment with two single beds and toilet, the sleeping space is connected with with big dining space with a beautiful view of the lake and mountains. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with double beds, a toilet, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a living room with exit to a spacious terrace with a panoramic view. Guest access You also have access to a free parking space, a spacious backyard with a barbecue area, and plenty of space for children to play. Guests also have at their disposal two canoes and paddle boat for riding on the lake.
