Cozy accommodation in a newly-renovated unique environment overlooking the garden, golf course and pasture with alpacas. Visits to the alpacas are included. The accommodation has two patios, with the possibility to barbecue. Handicap elevator available. A gate to the stairs on the wooden deck makes the patio child and dog safe. The apartment is fully equipped with washer/dryer and dishwasher, TV, oven and microwave. The sleeping areas consist of two detached 90 cm beds and a 160 cm wide sofa bed with high comfort. Rent of bed linens and towels SEK 150/person. The space The accommodation has an open floor plan with 4 beds. A screen is available to separate the sleeping areas. In the living room, there is a sofa bed with a spring mattress. The bathroom contains a toilet, sink, shower and washing machine/dryer (Miele). The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, stove/oven, fridge/freezer and dishwasher (Miele). Patio outside the entrance with 4 chairs and tables and parasol as well as a patio on the ground floor with grill and fire basket. Guest access Parking in the garage driveway with room for one car. In the vicinity, there is a golf course with walking distance to the clubhouse (800 meters). Pay & Play course (300 meters). Bus stop about 100 meters with bus to Marstrand (15 min), Kungälv (15 min) and Gothenburg (45 min). Buses run about once per hour. Swimming area is in Lökeberg (2 km) with a child-friendly beach and a harbor. Other things to note We have 16 alpacas in the meadow below the house, a pond with twenty koi fish in the garden, and a cat. The garden is cozy with many places where you can sit and look out over Marstrandsdalen.
