There are no stairs except to the viewing deck. The driveway to this property is very steep! The back yard is mountain preserve and there is wildlife that you would expect in the desert, including quail, road runners, rabbits, etc. Amenities include a washer/dryer, barbecue, and the view! Bathroom is your private full bath and includes a hair dryer. We do not live in this property but we visit often. We will be there to check you in and give you a tour of the home. The Sunnyslope area near the Ocotillo Hills is home to luxury properties and many nearby restaurants.
