River Cottage 2 w/Suite Near N.Platte & Hot Spring

This charming Cottage #2 with Suite offers easy river access steps from the back yard. It is the perfect location for accessing fishing, floating or simply relaxing by the water's edge. Inside, you'll find a comfortable space with thoughtful touches throughout, including a newly remodeled bathroom and all the comforts of home. The cottage is within easy walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants. Cottage #2 with Suite offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. The space Although the cottage is not riverfront, The River Cottages' property is on the river. All our guests have access to the river from our property. Exiting from the back door down the alley to the right, and about 50 to 75 steps, you will be on the river. Just off our bank is the best fishing hole within city limits. Guest access Guests have complete access to the grassy backyard that is shaded by majestic, mature cottonwood trees. Private access to the river is just a short walk from the cottage, across the back yard to the right down the alley. Other things to note The cottonwood trees tend to drip a residue in the summer months. Although we clean the sliding glass door and furniture on the porch before each stay, there may be a need to wipe down the furniture during your stay. We supply you with cleaning supplies underneath the kitchen sink. If you would like us to take care of it, please let me know and we are happy to accommodate you. Two sets of towels are provided for each guest. One set for the hot springs and the other for home use. If you would like a change of towels, we are happy to provide them for you. The BBQ is located on the side porch outside the back door. This is an older property with updates. Be aware there is a step up into the front bedroom, a step down into the front bathroom, and a step down into the kitchen.
