The space The apartment is located close to the best area of the city: within walking distance you can visit cafes and restaurants (to taste the masterpieces of local seasonal cuisine), fish and meat market (with Kamchatka delicacies), large shopping centers are also located nearby. Banks, gas stations, supermarkets, pharmacies, mail - everything you may need during your trip is located within a radius of 1.1 km. Guest access The guest has access to all the premises of the apartment and all furniture and interior items. The renovation was completed in June 2021. We are jealous of the cleanliness and condition of our apartments, so all the photos absolutely accurately represent the real condition of the apartment. Other things to note Please no smoking within the apartment. Please use outside or balcony to smoke. I ask you to take off your shoes when entering the apartment, dirty shoes violate sanitary standards and spread infections. In 2017, the law “On ensuring the peace and quiet of citizens in the Kamchatka Territory” was adopted. Prohibited: on weekdays - from 10pm to 7am; on weekends (Saturday, Sunday) - from 10pm to 9 am. For violation of citizens face a fine of up to 5 thousand rubles. Please respect the law and neighbors, do not make noise after 10pm.
