Private room near downtown/beach

Centrally located near all of the fun Long Beach has to offer. Close to many restaurants and gyms, two blocks from the Blue Line Metro rail and close to the 710/405, walking distance from the convention center, and in close proximity to the ocean. There are other guests in the house and I make sure the house stays clean and the atmosphere relaxed. Not appropriate for double occupancy (if longer stays) nor guests who don't have an occupation during the day or plan to work from home. The space The room has a queen size bed with a brand new mattress and 100% cotton sheets. There is a large closet where you can store your luggage and hang your clothes. Also the curtains are blackout so the daylight will not wake you up. Guest access Access to all the public spaces in the house. It is a large 4 bedrooms house. During your stay Guests will be left to their own devices but I am more than happy to engage in conversations and help when asked a question about the city. Other things to note The location is fantastic, right downtown Long Beach and walking distance to many places. That also means that the house is in a busy part of town, not a suburban set-up so take this into consideration when booking. Friday and Saturday night street parking can be a challenge as many people come to enjoy the many restaurants and clubs downtown.
