Contemporary Casita | Old Town Neighborhood

Contemporary meets Southwest in this 5 year old casita located in the heart of Old Town's Sawmill District. Blocks away from Old Town, museums, breweries, numerous restaurants, and even a winery, this inviting space allows you to experience the best of Albuquerque - no car necessary. Whether you're here for business or to explore the land of enchantment, this is the perfect place for you! The space This house was built in 2018 in the historic Sawmill Neighborhood in Old Town. We worked to create a house that contemporary, while also incorporating elements of the Southwest. The Contemporary Casita is part of this house, but effectively separate. The Casita has a separate, dedicated parking spot, a separate entrance and patio, and a completely separate suite that consists of a living room, kitchenette, bathroom, and bedroom. This Casita was built specifically for guests and we are excited for you to experience Albuquerque while staying here! Guest access Guests will have access to the entirety of the Contemporary Casita. Guests will not have access to any part of the main house.
