This home has an energy-efficient and limited-function heat pump for the pool. During the Winter months, the pool will not reach a comfortable temperature. When the ambient evening air temperature dips into the 50's, the heat pump stops heating the pool. A pool cover is provided. No dog(s) are welcome in this home.
