The kitchen and living room are in the same area, seperated by a modern kitchen island. The open living room area has a mid-century style "L shape" sofa, coffee & end tables, modern fireplace & a 50" smart TV. The open kitchen has new Frigidaire appliances, white marble stone countertops, white modern cabinets with black accents & black pulldown faucet. The bathroom has new white marble stone counters, white modern cabinets, double sinks, black faucets, wall to wall mirror and modern lighting. The shower/tub has new white marble tile & new black shower head/faucet set. New toilet, new bathroom accessories & new towels, which are cleaned and changed weekly. Both bedrooms have walk-in closets with dresser drawers, one room has a queen bed & the other has a king bed with a desk & chair. Both have modern floor lamps, nightstands, roman shades & area rugs. New bed linens which are cleaned and changed weekly. It's a 5 minute walk to downtown Manhattan Beach Pier, Shops & Restaurants. It's a 10 minute drive to downtown Hermosa Beach, 15 minute drive to downtown Redondo Beach and 20 minute drive to LAX. Vons grocery store is within walking distance and there is a Farmer's Market on Tuesdays. Other things to note - May consider a dog UNDER 20 lbs. and require an additional $250.- security deposit. - Emotional Support Animal/ Service Animal, must show ADA registration or statement in writing, from health care provider, therapist or social worker, (1) that the tenant or a member of the family is a person with a disability; (2) the need for the animal to assist the person with that specific disability; and (3) how the animal actually assists the person with that disability. - No large personal electrical equipment, furniture or appliances allowed. - EV charging is not allowed in garage or on premises.
