Great Location in Windsor near Wine Country and Golf Course Area is untouched by fires, great place to stay for getaways, prime weekends, events, Golf!! The space Queen in master, Queen Bed in living area is a great murphy bed off the wall with a real queen mattress! Maximum occupancy 4. Guest access The resort is currently doing curbside check in but could change. Masks will probably still be required in the lobby. Check in time is 4:00pm. Drivers License and Major Credit card of the guest on the reservation is needed to check in, the resort does put $100 draw on the card for security just like a hotel, that just goes back to card after check out. Because of Covid cleaning protocols, resorts have been running behind on check in time, please be courteous and understand that it is taking much longer to clean and it is just going to be a part of the Covid travel experience going forward. They are working hard and there is a lot more work than ever before. The staff is great, but it is a great burden to stay open and safe during this time, Its great that the resort is open! Thanks ahead for being kind under difficult circumstances. Game Room, fitness center, hot tubs and public areas inside are all open. They are nicest condos of any resort or hotel in town. This could change and we simply have no control over state, local or resort covid19 restrictions. Other things to note This is Timeshare, truly one of the nicest if not the nicest in town, not a hotel, but some with hotel like amenities, best pools in town, unit is cleaned upon exit for the next guest coming after you. Worldmark by Wyndham Manages the resort with a 24 hour front desk. You can even do a linen exchange at front desk if you want fresh towels/sheets. Wyndham charges $100 to add you as the guest to our reservation, the 1st guest certificate is included in the price, If for any reason you need to change the name, it will be a $100 fee to you for each name change , so please make sure to give us the name of a person that will be there to check in. They must check in, resort will not change name for you. It is $100 charge through owner services and we have to do it. If you are arriving in a group with separate vehicles and someone else gets there 1st , they will have to wait for person on reservation to arrive before your group can check in. Its a pain, but it is a rule Wyndham strictly enforces.
