You'll love staying in this newly renovated, modern 3BR/2.5BA oasis where you can find rest and relaxation in a beautifully decorated atmosphere with designer finishes . Enjoy the spectacular views of the ocean from the open comfortable living and dining areas, large deck, screened in porch and bar. The living room is equipped with a 70 inch Smart TV and a comfortable sleeper sofa with storage space under the chaise. The kitchen with quartz counters and stainless steel appliances is fully stocked and ready for you to prepare your meals. The beds are luxurious and comfy, plus the bathrooms are pristine! The large deck is complete with a dining table and a swing perfect for enjoying sunrises and sunsets. The home has hardwood floors throughout, a full size washer and dryer, and room for the whole family. The screened in patio is complete with a bar with 60 inch HD Smart TV, comfortable seating area, dining table, and outdoor sink. There is an outdoor shower and bathroom as well. The pool can be heated for an extra fee. None of the amenities will be shared with others. You will be given the keypad access codes to the home one day prior to check-in. Enjoy the entire home with your friends and family without any interruptions. Our property manager lives a few blocks away and is available to help with any questions or concerns. Other things to note The home has a flight of stairs to access the indoor living spaces. There is a buddy elevator but it is not available to use due to safety concerns. We have outdoor cameras to monitor the property during storms. We cannot allow pets, this includes service animals, due to our children’s severe allergies. Sorry!
