Cozy studio on the Brink in Roden, Drenthe

Cozy furnished studio, next to the medieval Catharine Church in the heart of Roden, a village in the head of Drenthe. Downstairs are three houses and upstairs we rent a studio for two to four people. Modern kitchen, separate shower and toilet. TV and free WiFi. Shops and restaurants around the corner. Located next to museum Havezathe Mensinge, between bicycle junction 34 and 35, near LF20. Groningen and Assen are 20 km away. Additional guest room next door with 2 p. bed and private bathroom. The space In the studio is a well-equipped, modern kitchen with oven/microwave, fridge and induction hob. Coffee and tea are free, coffee cup machine, TV, DVD player, free WiFi. Two single beds next to each other. Guest access Upstairs are two large rooms and a small room. In the guest room next to the studio, there is a large double bed (2.10 m. x 1.80 m.) You can rent this room separately or with the studio. The guest room has a separate large shower and toilet. You can also make tea or coffee in that room. In the small room, just after the stairs, there is a single sofa bed, small sink, table and chair, baby crib, changing pad with table and another sofa bed. If you want, you can also use it for a small fee. A playpen with playpen mat and small toys is also available. During your stay Guests can text me, call me or ring the bell at our house. Other things to note Apartment is on the third floor and accessible via a separate concrete staircase. So unfortunately not suitable for wheelchairs.
