Tennis Club Sporting is also a short walk away and here it's easy to rent a field and/or tennis lessons. It takes about 15-20 minutes to walk to the train station, and St. Peter's in Rome is about 40 minutes away by train. Our house is a pleasant base for families or couples, and if you have a car and are going to stay here for a while, there are many exciting places to visit: the Ficoncella hot springs nearby, Tarot Garden in Tuscany, the hot springs in Saturnia, Tolfa, Necropoli Etrusche in Cerveteri, the castle in Santa Severa, etc. Nice surf beaches between Santa Marinella and Santa Severa.
