They will already have your booking information and will be ready to welcome you. During check-in, the staff will explain the main condo rules and give you the apartment key along with the access card so you can enter easily. If you arrive by vehicle, once the check-in process is complete, the lobby staff will give you access to the assigned parking. We hope you have a great stay, and we are available for any questions!
