Our Guests have their own Entrance into their private Self Contained Wing which overlooks the beautiful beach and ranges beyond, with King Bed in bedroom, bathroom has a glorious bath to relax in. A Breakfast tray is provided in room evening before so Guests can prepare for themselves and breakfast at their leisure, Nespresso Machine in Kitchen for your early morning coffee 5 minute walk to beach which is great for surfcasting, a stroll or relax Our property is not suited for Children or Pets The space Our property is semi-rural so our neighbours are not too far away. Being semi-rural our gate needs to be kept closed. Guest privacy is paramount. King Bed in bedroom with electric blanket during the cooler months, Kitchen is fully equipped for self service, includes an oven and dishwasher, Matai timber flooring with carpet in bedroom and lounge area, lounge has double settee, plus an Android TV. Full timber decking off these 2 rooms with outside dining furniture...can include a BBQ....must be asked for at time of booking. We are non smoking /vaping and no pets allowed Guest access Parking is plentiful on site, so if you have a trailer or boat there is room for this. We are 8 minutes drive out of Opotiki or 15 minutes from Ohope Other things to note The 2 paddocks in front of House are for stock, the fence is electric, please refrain from touching the wires...... All Guests must be fully Vaccinated and show their Vaccine Pass on arrival, wearing a face mask on arrival and while outside of BNB is compulsory for your stay here
