Cape Town Studio - peaceful garden setting

Our studio is located at the bottom of our garden with views through large glass doors of mature trees in a lush garden where bird song is common. It is very peaceful and centrally located - 10 mins from the CBD, Table Mountain, UCT, Cape Town’s most beautiful beaches and the airport . It’s a short walk from our local bakery, a well stocked spar, a famous Italian Restuarant and sport amenities. We mainly host long term tenants, but love to have shorter guests in between longer stays. The space The Studio is located in a wonderful suburb in Cape Town. It is tastefully decorated with everything you need for self catering. It looks onto our beautiful garden and has a dedicated outside area for enjoying the peace and quiet. Our tenants are welcome to swim in our pool. This is an ideal studio for someone wanting a long term rental in a peaceful but central location. There is a decent sized desk looking onto the garden, fold up table and chairs for outside or inside dining, washing machine and line for drying. This enables you to be fully self sufficient. A little path winds down the side of our house to the studio in the corner of the garden. We are an adventurous family - we love to travel and go away for weekends. We have teenage children who are mostly out of the house. Our 2 family dogs very friendly and lovable but are kept in the front garden and the studio has a fence around it just in our tenant is not a fan of our dogs. Our ideal tenant would be a mature female or couple who need a base from which to study, work or travel, and who would ideally enjoy our pet dogs. Guest access Parking is off street - on our property. There is a nearby train station but we would recommend having your own car.
