The house is centrally located in town and only a 10 minute walk To Main Street where all the local shops and boutiques are located. All windows in the suite have views of the Harbor and Atlantic Ocean as well as the beautifully landscaped gardens. The space Once inside the suite you will find a queen size platform bed with Memory foam mattress, HD TV with Netflix and Amazon fire stick, A smart dining bar table & chairs for you to enjoy your morning cafe, breakfast or casual meal. The table top can also function as a work space if need be. A comfortable couch is there for you to lounge on after a days outing To the many local sights or beaches . A spacious bathroom includes an inclosed shower with glass door,toilet sink and Bosch washer and dryer. One car parking is available on the parking pad. Their are two lovely outdoor patio spaces surrounded by our beautifully landscaped property for you to use & are shared with us . lounge on one of the Adirondack chairs facing the water and Birdwatch or view the sail boats and fishing trawlers that pass by. Come enjoy the peace and tranquillity we have to offer. Guest access -Patio area at the side of the house where the barbecue is located . -The patio facing the ocean at the back of the house . -Adirondack chairs on the lawn facing the water at the back. - Area just outside the suite on the left where you see 2 chairs and a side table.
