Simple spacious apartment near Oberlin College

Simple and bright 1-bedroom apartment all to yourself in the best neighborhood in Oberlin. Right across from the President's house. 1 block from the college and 1 block from the arboretum. Easy walk into town to find local restaurants, bookstores, and shops. The space The apartment is one half of a large duplex. We live on one side of the duplex and you will have the other side to yourself. The first floor has a small kitchen and larger living room with small sofa bed overlooking the front yard. The sofa bed is full size and suitable for one shorter adult or two children. The upstairs has a bedroom with queen bed and en suite bathroom. There is a large backyard that you are welcome to enjoy throughout your stay. Amenities are simple but functional. There is no TV in the house but there is wifi available. There is a small bedroom in the rear of the house that I use as an office when guests are not present. You will not have access to that room, but no one will be entering or using the space while you are here. Guest access You’ll have access to the full apartment minus the basement and upstairs office, and backyard. Other things to note We have a small beagle named Lucy who lives with us. She is friendly, good with other dogs and kids, and is generally quiet though may bark when you arrive.
