Description
Quadruple room on floor 3 with shared bathroom. There are a lounge and toilet on floor 3, with a fridge, water and coffee maker. Thereare two showers on floor 2, shared with the rooms that do not have a private bathroom. A fully equipped kitchen, dining room and a larger and a smaller living room are on floor 1. Dogs are welcome on floor 3, please use the entrance at the back for allergy sufferers. The space While this is a hotel building, it is not an ordinary hotel anymore, it's more like a large, shared home. You can either rent the whole hotel or just a room. The guests bring their own bed linen and towels (can be rented for 175/SEK/person) as well as clean the rooms after the stay. There is no restaurant, but a large kitchen for you to use. There is a shop within walking distance of the Brukshotellet. The house is both old and charming but in need of some renovation. Since I bought the house in 2020, I have started renovations both inside and outside. For the time being, 100 % of the earnings are used for maintenance and renovation, with as little disturbance as possible. Guest access There is a large parking by the house. During your stay Easiest is to text me, as I also work as a psykologist. Other things to note Dogs and cats are welcome on the third floor, but nowhere else in the building. Dogs and cats enter by the entrance from the backyard. This room is not suitable if you are allergic to dogs. Guests clean their own rooms and parts of the common areas, this helps keeping prices down. On the inside of the door is a checklist for departure. Cleaning that is not properly carried out is charged up to SEK 5,000, depending on the cost of hiring a cleaning company. Towels and bed linen are not included, but can be rented for SEK 175/set. Kitchen towels can also be rented, 3 for SEK 50.
