Greensprings Vacation Resort provides every essential amenity for your well-deserved vacation while golf lovers will adore the adjacent Nicklaus designed course. The space Greensprings Plantation is located on what was once a colonial plantation, and is adjacent to Williamsburg's only Jack Nicklaus designed golf course, the Williamsburg National Golf Club! In addition to the resort's convenient location, just five miles from Colonial Williamsburg, there is a wealth of onsite amenities including an indoor pool and an outdoor pool, fitness center, and sauna. The 4 bedroom at this resort would be (2) 2 bedroom condos together. Each 2 bedroom features one king bed in the master bedroom. In addition, one queen bed or two twin beds are located in the second bedroom. A separate living area includes a sleeper sofa and balcony or patio. The full kitchen includes microwave, refrigerator, range, and coffee maker. Additional upgrades include washer/dryer, and whirlpool tub in the master bedroom. Guest checking in must be at least 21 years of age with a valid ID and credit card for security deposit. Pricing and availability may vary. This is a timeshare resort but attending a presentation or taking a tour is NOT required. All units are assigned by the resort. Unit view, floor, and location of unit on property cannot be guaranteed.
