Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located home. With three bedrooms and an additional self-contained guest suite there is plenty of room to enjoy. Have a bbq on the sunny deck, cook up a meal with a fully equipped kitchen, put on a record and kick back and relax. This family friendly home is a great choice for your next trip! The space We love coffee, records, tea, greenery, decks, gardening, BBQs, beekeeping and hosting! All that is reflected and offered in our renovated home. The large deck on both sides of the house is great for soaking up the sun, having a BBQ (coal) or in summer lounging in the hammock. The kitchen is well stocked with basics, a range of appliances and everything you need to whip up a meal. With four bedrooms, bed configuration and sizes can be changed upon request. The lounge is comfortable and relaxing for a spot of tv watching, with a wide record collection to play some tunes. The four bedrooms are all comfortable with 100% cotton linen and wool duvets. One of the beds is a guest suite with its own bathroom and kitchenette. A stocked herb garden for fresh goodies. Honey from the on-site hives is available for your morning toast, along with toast and a range of cereals for your first few night's breakfasts. A child-friendly house fully fenced with toys, books, highchair, cot and baby gear available for families with little ones if required. Guest access You will have full reign of the property apart from some closets being closed off to guests. Other things to note You’ll get some general traffic noise coming from the freeway. Beehives on top of sleepout, whist you shouldn’t encounter a bee may not be best if you are anaphylactic. The passion fruit house is surrounded by green as is much of NZ! Reserve and bush, every now and then there’s an uninvited critter, typically native cockroaches. This is not a indication of lack of cleanliness, we keep the place spotless, but just something we can’t control! Apologies in advance for uninvited guests!
