Charming cottage and its little green area

If you want to enjoy a nice quiet and green accommodation (with a garden just for you), while being in the heart of downtown Etampes with all its amenities, restaurants and train station, you have found the place you need. The space Charming little house of 37 m2, fully renovated, insulated and equipped for your comfort, including a beautiful spacious kitchen, a cozy living room and its mezzanine (with a double bed and a sofa bed), a comfortable bedroom and a small shower room. You will also have a private and secure parking space in the courtyard of the condominium as well as a private garden. The maisonette is located in the city center with all its amenities, 2 minutes from the train station and close to the Philippe Gaulier art school. Cleaning is included in the price as long as the accommodation is left clean and tidy. For this purpose, you will find the departure instructions in the blue folder. If not, a fee of €80 will be applied. PARTIES, MEETINGS AND GATHERINGS OF ANY KIND ARE NOT ALLOWED. Guest access The accommodation is located 2 minutes' walk from Etampes train station which takes you to Paris in 45 minutes and 5 minutes from the National 20. As for parking, you benefit from a secure parking space in the condominium if you wish (up to standard van size). Other things to note As the washing machine is in a private area, we take care of the laundry service, you just have to provide us with the laundry (for stays longer than a week). The property has fiber internet.
