Large living and dining space for holding corporate meetings or family gatherings. Centrally located near Glen Park (restaurants, shops, cafes) with easy access to BART, Noe Valley Castro, Mission, Bernal Park, downtown, airport, and highways, and parks. Plenty of free street parkting (no meters out front). The space LIVING ROOM: Large bay windows, fire place, urban contemporary art, flat screen TV with Fire Stick and AppleTV, queen sofa bed with memory foam mattress, spacious for gatherings and watching movies. KITCHEN: fully equipped with dishwasher, pots, pans, dishes, glasses, flatware, serving dishes, fridge w filtered water and ice, coffee maker, kettle, waffle iron, and microwave. DINING: oversized table that seat up to 10 and can be used for meetings or family gatherings. GUEST ROOM ONE: Vibrantly decorated with queen bed, large desk and chair, printer, closet, dresser. GUEST ROOM TWO: 2 Queen beds or 1 Queen with crib/pack n play. Bay windows over looking the Excalibur Hills. GUEST ROOM THREE: Primary bedroom with bay windows, king bed, and full ON SUITE BATHROOM. MAIN BATHROOM: full bath with an extra deep tub for soaking. MEETINGS: The house is well equipped for team meetings - AppleTV, white board, oversized dinning table, and desks. Ample space for presenting or hanging out. PARKING - There is ample street parking with no meters. Just pay attention to street cleaning days, which only happens 2x a month on each side of the street. There is a 4 hour day time minimum (between 9am-4pm) to park on Mondays-Fridays. This minimal restriction would only apply if a car is parked all day during a week day. Never any restrictions at night or on the weekends. If you need to park all day during the day, on a weekday, please ask me for parking passes, I may have a few. Finally, do not park the driveway because i use it and there's ample parking. Washer/dryer - we are trying out letting guests use the W/D. It is located in the garage. Please ask me for the code to the garage and arrange time to use it (W/D is shared). Thank you. No smoking on the premises. Guest access You will receive a message after booking that will provide you with your own personal smart-lock combination that will be active only during your stay. Other things to note We do not advertise use of the backyard. Parks are a short walk away.
