The space The entire two-story non-smoking townhome is available for guest use with contact free check-in by touchpad smart lock and a custom code provided prior to your arrival. The main living area is a two-story vaulted room with tons of natural light, comfortable seating, coffee table, and a 55" Smart TV for your entertainment. There are two sliding doors on each side of the fireplace that lead to the back patio with comfortable seating, a propane grill, and a giant umbrella for shade to enjoy the Carolina weather. The primary bedroom suite takes up the entire second floor with a king sized bed, an attached full bathroom, and an open floor plan to the stairway. This bedroom has a 47” Smart TV for your entertainment, and ceiling fan. The secondary bedroom is downstairs, with a queen size bed and another full bathroom nearby. This bedroom has a small private patio space with a chair for reading and enjoying your morning coffee. The home has a well-appointed kitchen with stove, microwave, and dishwasher and all the items needed for cooking a full meal. Ample dishes and utensils are included for your use. Also on the main floor, is a dining room with 6 person table. The townhome has a washer/dryer combo for your use. The community features a shared pool, just steps from the back patio, great for a daily refresh and fun for the kids. The pool is generally open from Memorial Day to a week or two after Labor Day. We supply: coffee pods for the single-serve coffee maker, sugar, tea and tea kettle, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, a starter set of trash bags, dishwasher and laundry pods, and paper towels. If you are a heavy user of these items, we would suggest you bring extra or visit the nearby Walmart Neighborhood Market that is within walking distance. All bed linens (and extra sets) are included, as well as bath towels, self-serve shampoo/conditioner/soap dispensers, pool towels, and lots of throw blankets for your comfort. Guest access Guests will have the use of the entire townhome. Street parking has 2 assigned spaces and additional guest spaces. The first floor has a kitchen, dining room, great room, bedroom and bathroom. The upstairs has the master bedroom suite, including attached bathroom. We also have a furnished patio with seating for 6, and a propane grill. Guests may also use the community pool at no charge, a 30 second walk from the patio (open Memorial Day to Labor Day). NO SMOKING ON OR IN THIS PROPERTY. Other things to note ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING in or on the property. Violators will have their reservation canceled without refund. Parking: 2 reserved parking spots a few steps from the front door, and ample guest parking is also close by. Fireplace: Strictly decorative and is not for use. Shared Community Pool: Open for use generally between Memorial Day and a few weeks after Labor Day each year, pool towels are provided. Age Minimum: Responsible party for the booking must be 25 years or older, per our insurance requirements. Security Cameras: 3 on-site exterior Nest cameras for the security of our property and our guests. They are active 24/7, and record and save video and sound when triggered by motion or noise. Two are at the entrance and face the front door and parking area. The third is on the patio and covers the back entrance. There are no cameras inside. We only review this exterior footage when there is a safety issue or if house rules are broken. Your privacy and safety are what’s most important to us.
