The Villa features 2 master bedrooms with double beds, 1 spacious children's bedroom with a bunk bed, single bed, sofa bed, and a cot. There are 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with an Italian-style coffee machine and refrigerator. Adjacent to the kitchen is a laundry area with a washing machine and dryer. Additionally, there is an office space with 2 monitors and a printer, serving as a convenient mobile workplace. Outside on the terrace, you'll find a pizza oven and grill that you can use. The cellar houses a games room with darts and a billiard table, along with a selection of regional wines for you to enjoy. Kindly inform us at the end of your stay about the wines consumed. The house is equipped with essential appliances like vacuum cleaners and cleaning products. Pets are allowed, and a dog bowl is provided (please clean up after your pet). The garage is equipped with an electric car charging station. Additionally, there are two high-end electric mountain bikes and table tennis equipment available, to be used with due caution.
