Large double room available with shared bathroom and living space. The house is located a twenty minute walk away from the town centre, just ten minutes to the Conference Centre. Please read the full description, the house needs some renovation and is far from perfect. What it is though is a happy, welcoming, safe space where I hope you will be very comfortable 😃 The space The room is a large double with ample wardrobe space in a shared house. Whilst the house isn't perfectly finished and is a bit tired in places, it is clean and tidy, with lots of shared, friendly space. Guest access Guests will have access to the bathroom, living room, dining room and kitchen. There is sky TV in the living room, along with Netflix and other streaming services and there is fast wifi throughout. Guests may also use the washer/dryer. During your stay I live in the house so will be around to answer any questions however I do have a very busy life so can't guarantee I will always be there, always available on the phone though. Other things to note The house is on a busy road so can be noisy, bring ear plugs if you are sensitive to noise. I also have another bedroom which may be occupied by other guests.
