"La casa di Anna" is located in a quiet area of the city of Como, in a courtyard, next to the Basilica of Sant'Abbondio. From here you can walk to the walls of the old town and the Duomo. In less than 20 minutes you can reach Piazza Cavour, which overlooks the beautiful shores of the lake, and through a pedestrian path you can reach Villa Olmo and Villa Geno. The space The apartment is on the first floor (no elevator). It is very sunny and quiet and consists of a dining room, a large equipped kitchen, a large double bedroom (on request, it is possible to add an additional bed), a bedroom with two beds, a sofa bed, and two bathrooms with a shower. The apartment is fully furnished, kitchen with hob, electric oven, microwave, kettle, iron/ironing board, washing machine, television, hairdryer, wifi, linen for all needs, fire extinguisher. We welcome children (high chair and cot available on request), disabled people without a wheelchair (disabled parking adjacent to the house). Pets are not allowed. No parties/events. Guest access The apartment is a 1 km walk from Como San Giovanni station and 1 km from Como Nord Borghi station to reach Milan and Switzerland.
