Our cozy 33 sqm studio with a view and modern renovation is located on the 20th floor in the new Regatta residential complex, which is located in the very center of the city on the first coastline. The territory of the complex is closed, there is a children's playground! 50 meters away there is a well-equipped city beach, a yacht club, a beautiful promenade, a green park. All the necessary infrastructure (restaurants, coffee shops, shops) are within a walking distance. If you wish, you can rent a bicycle or electric scooter on the promenade. The space We tried to create the atmosphere of a hotel room with all the comforts of home. Guests will have at their disposal: - air conditioner, washing machine, microwave, kettle, fridge; - 24/7 hot and cold water; - Smart TV; - Wi-Fi (fiber optic); - Ironing board, iron, hairdryer, drying rack, guest umbrella; - All necessary utensils, coffee, tea; - Individual bathroom accessories. The studio has 3 beds: a 160x200 bed and an armchair bed. Upon request, we provide a baby feeding chair, baby crib, potty and step. The windows face the mountains, sea and city. A cozy balcony with a view allows you to enjoy this picture around the clock. We approach the cleaning of our studios with great care and responsibility. We are for 100% cleanliness! Guest access The studio is located in the city center. We are easily accessible by GPS. You can always find available parking spaces. We are available anytime! We will meet and spend time! Other things to note Our complex has a quiet time: from 13:00 to 15:00 and from 18:00 to 09:00. No noise on weekends and holidays.
