Cosy private room. Easy walk to the tube and canal

This is a quiet private room in a friendly home with a back garden and shared living room and kitchen. The flat is very central — Shoreditch, Hoxton, Islington and The City are all within walking distance. The nearest Tube station is about a 15-minute walk, giving you easy access to explore the rest of London. I’ve hosted many wonderful guests from around the world and enjoy making people feel at home. Looking forward to welcoming you soon! The space The room has a comfortable double bed, place to hang clothes a desk and comfortable chair and wifi. Upstairs is the communal area with a TV, Sofa and table to eat at. I’ll make sure there’s space in the fridge and cupboards for you to store any food. Guest access Parking is difficult here- I do not recommend driving, we could talk about parking options if you need to drive. During your stay I will always be able to respond via phone or the Airbnb app. I was born and raised in this flat and I’m happy to show you interesting places to visit locally and point you in the right direction…whether it’s the nearest post office or the best place for a drink. Other things to note We have done Airbnb for many years but I have recently taken over the hosting from my mother and so some reviews mention my mother (Alison) and some mention me and my partner (Archie and Rosie) who you will be sharing the docs with.
