Very comfy King Bed and 2 TVs with streaming video services (Bedroom and Living Room) so if you and your significant other want to watch different things you can. 2 Zones of AC. Full kitchen , pots and pans, all kitchen essentials with full size stove and fridge and everything you need to cook. You'll have a desk with comfy chair as well. This place has everything you need to be very comfortable. If your stay if more than 30 days, we offer laundry service free of charge. This apartment is in a safe and quiet neighborhood, 2 blocks from the police station. You will have a private full apartment for yourself . If you have any questions or need anything to make your stay more comfortable just let us know. We live on the yellow house next to the apartment. We have been super hosts in multiple states with multiple listings and we enjoy the hosting experience. Bishop is a small town just 20 mins outside of Corpus Christi, TX and 10 minutes from Kingsville, TX. With a population of only 3,000 it has a charming small town vibe with no traffic and friendly people but you are still only 15 minutes from Walmart and major stores and 30 mins from the beach and Corpus Christi downtown. There is a Drive Through Convenience Store, Dollar General and Dairy Queen right up the road as well as 2 town parks. Local Attractions: Parks, Playground, Basketball Court: a few blocks up the road Walmart: 15 mins Amazing Indian Food (Top 25 in the US) 10 mins away .
