Elegant 3 story mansion located on 8 acres off a quiet paved farm road. We offer 3 unique and beautifully decorated bedrooms. Please click on each listing for their descriptions and pictures. Colorfully landscaped, surrounded by mature trees with a 1/2 acre stocked pond. Ample parking with easy highway access to Churchill Downs, bluegrass horse country, the Outlet Mall of the Bluegrass, the Bourbon Trail, sports arenas, convention centers, Kentucky State Fairgrounds, and downtown attractions. The space The Lavender Bedroom is one of 3 rooms that we list. It has a queen size bed with electric fireplace, bay window, 40" satellite TV, and is adjacent to the private and spacious hall bath which has a fully tiled shower, heated bidet and large, elegant, claw foot tub. Nearby is a small refrigerator for your use. A microwave and Keurig coffee center is in the turret study area. Guest access All bedrooms have ELEVATOR access, either upstairs or downstairs. All areas of the house are freely open except the Master bedroom and reserved bedrooms. The first floor wrap-around porch has 2 sets of tables and chairs as well as other seating. A downstairs family room has a Keurig coffee center, fireplace, games, books, puzzles, refrigerator, TV, DVD player, Wii, couch, table and chairs. A super decorated Home Theater is available to all, with a free stocked fridge, movie candy, microwave popcorn, and a large selection of DVD movies. The gym room has a treadmill, free weights, stationary bike and universal workout equipment. Double doors open out to the patio area with a table, seating and firepit. The pond may be fished for bass and bluegill. Fishing gear and cleaning tools are provided. We will NOT bait your hook or process your catch. You may hike around the property freely and the neighbors are not unfriendly. During your stay We are perfectly happy to aid our guests in any reasonable way. Any special requests will be considered, just contact us early to allow accommodation. Other things to note We have 4 friendly Westie dogs that have free run of the property. We provide an extensive continental breakfast to include Starbucks coffee, juice, milk, pastries, cereals, fruit, yogurt and more. Being at the end of the city water supply, water pressure will drop when more than 1 use is active, so expect reduced flow if 2 showers are being used.
