No Party, Drug, mess-up after drinks, gambling. we will call police and will not refund. 4. Please take off your shoe when you come in! we prepare "indoor" slippers! so don't wear it and have a tour outdoor! 5. Only welcome human being! we put so many fabric and soft sofa foam in this source. Therefore, this source cannot host any pets. We only host human-being!! 6.Please be nice to our furniture and hardware. if any damage or lost found after check out, we will charge the restore fee. 7. Check-in time slot is after 17:00 we need time to make sure the source is well prepared to welcome your visit! so we cannot let you check-in before 17:00 8. We don't have luggage storage service we don't have luggage room in the building, if you rent scooter, Please ask the rent shop, if your really need, please ask us one-day before, we will guide you. 9.Our source only welcome the guests, ordered on Airbnb. Please do not invite others who we are not informed. if there is any other visitors, we will charge extra guest fee for each visitors. 10. Please carefully look after the child guest. To avoid any potential accident, Please let them away from window. 11. We will charge NTD800 for each hour if you exceeds the Check-out time. 12.Our source is locate in apartment area. Living area including aisle, elevator, public area must be very quiet, please don't talk load or make noise. If we received any complaint from the apartment management committee, we will immediately cancel your order and will not refund. 13. Only hotpot. Fry is prohibited.
