Description
Take a step back in time in this meticulously restored, quaint, historic home a short walk to hiking trails and the Haw River. Part of the Glencoe Mills restored village, the home is one of 30 original Mill Homes built in 1880. A short drive to Elon University, home is centrally located between Greensboro and Chapel Hill. The space Guests have full access to the entire air-conditioned home, including apartment sized stacked washer and dryer. The kitchen has coffee pot, microwave oven and standard oven and has many dishes and pots and pans. We have three bedrooms. One is downstairs with a queen bed and attached bathroom, and the other two are upstairs with a shared bath in between. One upstairs bedroom has three twin beds while the other has a double bed and a clawfoot bathtub in the bedroom. Stairs to the upstairs are steep. There is a the tavern space which is also a bit of a utility room off of the back of the house, adjacent to the kitchen. Guest access Guests may also enjoy the backyard which includes about a half acre property mowed, great for yard games!
