Our property offers a natural habitat for multiple species of birds and wildlife. Close to the base of Mt. Lemmon, Sabino Canyon Recreation Center, cycling and hiking, and walking distance to Agua Caliente Park. And, you are only 30 minutes away from Central Tucson (UA, Downtown, etc.) Update 6/2024: We do have chickens -3 hens and one Rooster. The space The guest house features a kitchen-living-dining combo room plus a separate bedroom and full bath. While the kitchen is not set for gourmet cooking, it does offer a single burner hot plate, convection oven, microwave, and full-size refrigerator. You will have this charming guest house all to yourself - but please know we are right next door should need anything to make your stay more comfortable. Guest access Guests can explore the property but please be cautious around our dogs - they are both fearful and protective. Please be on the lookout for snakes (both venomous and not), Gila monsters, bobcats, javelinas, and coyotes. The rain has brought out the tarantulas. All of these creatures are part of the property. Unless provoked, they generally are very happy to move along without an encounter. Other things to note Please note that the kitchen does not have a full-size stove/oven. We do have a convection oven, single-burner hot plate and microwave.
