Murphys Del Mar, located in the historic gold rush town of Murphys, CA, is the perfect place for friends and family to get away. Recently renovated, this 1400 sq. ft. home is on a corner lot just far enough away from downtown to shield any town noise yet close enough to walk to dining and wine tasting. We're also going green! As far as we know, we're the only rental in Murphys powered by solar and Tesla Powerwall batteries--great for the environment and virtually unreliant on the power company. The space This home has three spacious bedrooms. The master suite has a king-sized bed, the second bedroom has a queen, and the third bedroom has a bunk bed with a double on the bottom and a single on the top--perfect for kids. The backyard features a large deck with a BBQ gas grill, Jacuzzi, and plenty of outdoor patio seating. For those who can't go completely off the grid from work (we totally get you), a desk with a comfy chair and 27" monitor to connect to your laptop is provided in the master bedroom, and the mesh Wi-Fi system covers the entire property--no dead spots. We tried to think of everything you might need or want on your vacation. If you think something is missing, just let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate you! Other things to note We have a strict no smoking and no pets policy and have a limit of 7 guests per party. Please be courteous to our neighbors and observe quiet time starting at 10pm. Voices tend to carry at night when on the patio, so please keep voices down starting at 10pm. Please also no eating or drinking in the hot tub. Violations of our house rules will result in loss of your deposit.
