Enjoy this spacious and serene 700 sqft entire 2nd floor with 4 beds situated for easy custom arrangements. Large balcony, kitchenette/wet bar, 1/2 bath inside, outdoor bath/shower, and access to a full bath, kitchen, sauna, swim-spa and cold-plunge downstairs. It's a Nepalese themed magical space - everyone who stayed knows! It has its own AC, and an amazing sound system. Suitable for events and ceremonial use and located only 25 mins from downtown Austin and 15 mins from the airport. The space The Skyloft You've got the bird’s eye view of the property. The Playroom Skyloft is the entire upstairs space of the home and is made for creating great memories. This is a private room in a home with a shared living space. This is a Unique Kind of Place The Alpaca Playhouse is not a typical Airbnb - we encourage you to enjoy the peace and quiet of this country setting as well as use our common spaces and backyard to connect with other guests and generally have fun. We have found that a special kind of person tends to show up when you have Alpacas around and it’s sparked some incredible conversations and friendships. The Spa Area: has a Sauna, Super Large Hot/Warm tub (Swim Spa) and a cold plunge. The Alpacas We have three alpacas here - Harley, Lol, and Cacao. They are sweet, gentle girls and are super curious about humans! They tend to make you work for their affection, so we have their favorite food pellets available to help coax them over and get comfortable with you. We promise, going at their pace is an incredible gift in and of itself. It’s a Smart Play House Our house is set up with all kinds of fun smart features, including Alexa command of the lights, temperature, and music! You can enjoy sitting and lounging in our common space and at your command, dim the lights or get some music playing to really support whatever kind of R&R you are looking for. The Kitchen The kitchen is a big, open concept space with a great little island for everyone to gather around during meal time. We have all kinds of cookware for you to whip up any kind of magic you want. Coffee, tea, fancy filtered water and on demand hot water is always available. We keep things extra clean in here - a clean kitchen is a must! The Dining Room If you want to host a family style dinner, the dining room is a great space for up to 8 people to enjoy a meal together. Light up the old fashioned oil lamps and enjoy our variety of teas in this space to wind down in the evenings. There is a Laundry Room with huge machines. Alpaca Playhouse is a coliving & event space located 15 minutes east from Austin Airport, nestled on 2 acres of serene, rural land in Cedar Creek, Texas. The property is a farmhouse-style dwelling fostering a diverse and collaborative community. We encourage shared experience, personal growth, and contribution to the collective vision. We usually host 7-12 people as residents at one time, living both in the main house and in trailers/cabins on the property. We host wellness-focused events so you'll hopefully have an opportunity to participate in one or many of our gatherings during your stay. We are open for friends and guests to visit during the day so you might see new faces in our common areas. Wifi We have an incredible wifi network - using the Googlewifi mesh network to create a strong signal across the entire property. High Quality Drinking Water: We have a built-in water filtration system that removes heavy metals and dissolved solids and alkalizes the water. Back Porch: The back porch has a number of places for you to hang out - including a couple of comfy loungers, a patio table under the covered porch, and a large outdoor table with a firepit nearby. We also have an outdoor kitchen space with a built in grill for cooking up all kinds of fun things! The misters are available around the porch to use on those super hot Texas days, and our sound system out here is also pretty spectacular! Musical Instruments: We love all things music related! We offer 2 guitars and a couple of drums that are available for guests to use while they are staying here. Tesla and EV Charging!: We have both a Tesla charger as well as a NEMA 14-50R charger. During your stay We are here to be of service, but also respect your privacy. Let us know if you need anything at all! We are open for friends and guests to visit during the day so you might see new faces in our common areas. Pet Policy For this accommodation - no pets unfortunately due to carpet all over the floor. Smoking Policy No smoking inside any structure on the property. Smoking is allowed in the front yard only, away from the Alpacas who live in the backyard. Critters Please keep in mind that we are out in the country and there are many critters that live out here with us! On occasion we see a scorpion, a spider, or a hornet hanging around. We do our best to keep things clear inside, but also want to remain in harmony with the environment here, avoiding chemical treatment whenever possible. COVID-19 Precautions Heath, safety, and the wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough process of cleaning after each check-out.
