Exposed wooden beams and sloping ceilings characterize the apartment. In the living area, you can make yourselves comfortable on the sofa. A queen-size box-spring bed is available for sleeping. The equipped kitchen with dishwasher and Jura automatic coffee machine makes you independent of fixed meal times. The bathroom with rain shower and the private washer-dryer are also convenient for longer stays. Bed linen and towels are included, and Wi-Fi and a smart TV are available for your use. A parking space assigned to the apartment nearby is included in the stay. The location in the Kröpeliner-Tor-Vorstadt district, close to the city harbor, combines short distances to the waterfront with cafes and restaurants in the neighborhood. The old town is also within walking distance. Guest access You have the entire apartment exclusively for yourselves. We will arrange the in-person key handover with you prior to your arrival. It is possible on the day of arrival from 4 pm. The stay includes the use of the assigned parking space nearby. Other things to note The attic apartment is accessed via stairs and has sloping ceilings. The included parking space is nearby and not directly in front of the apartment. Please coordinate your arrival with us beforehand for the in-person key handover. The city of Rostock levies a visitor's tax for stays subject to tax. It is currently €3.70 per person per day of the stay, or €1.45 at the reduced rate. Children up to and including 5 years are exempt; the reduced amount applies to children from 6 to 14 years. Further exemptions and reductions are based on the city's bylaws. The tourist tax is billed separately. Before your arrival, we will ask you for the information we need for your digital GuestCard. With the Guest Card for overnight guests, you can use the bus and train in the Warnow Transport Association without an additional ticket during its period of validity. Ferries and the Molli train are excluded.
