Luxury three story apartment in SHORT NORTH
Newly Renovated, luxury three story apartment, with modern interior design. Located in the heart of the SHORT NORTH. Walking distance to great area restaurants, shops and art galleries. The total square footage is 2,250. This is an apartment with its own entrance with one (1) parking space (there is a public parking garage nearby, approx.100 ft away). The entrance is on the first floor. The stairway takes you to the second floor. The second floor is (750 sq.ft) and there is a big room and it can be used as a playroom or another bedroom. On the second floor there is also a full bathroom with laundry, and a utility room. There is a hallway connecting the second and third floor. Third floor has (750 sq.ft). Third floor has studio-like set up (combining living room, dining room, and kitchen). Along with that, there is a half bathroom. Third floor also has views from all four sides. There is an access to the patio (about 100 sq.ft) from the third floor as well. There is a stairway that goes to the fourth floor. Fourth floor is (750 sq.ft). There are two bedrooms and full bath (shower, jacuzzi) on the fourth floor. Note: IF THERE ARE 4 GUESTS ON RESERVATION they are only to utilize 1st and 2nd bedroom. We also have additional 2 futons, they are meant for 5th and 6th guest only. FAQ: Q: Will the apartment be shared with anyone else? A: No. You will not share your available space with anyone else. Everything that you see in the pictures is available for the guest to use. The building is used for two businesses. An optical store (the the first floor) and the spa (the half of second). The other half is for the guests. Doors are locked at all times and all of the 2 doors have locks on them. Guests will have their own separate entrance. The businesses have no access to the apartment part of the building. Q: Where can I park if we are bringing more than 1 vehicle? A: You will have a designated parking space for 1 car. However, if you are bringing more than 1 vehicle you can use parking garages throughout the short north area. The closest one to the property is Hubbard Parking garage SP+. Walking distance from the best local shops, restaurants, boutiques, art galleries, etc. The bus stop is right around the corner. But usually everything is 5-15 minute walking distance. As hosts, we do not tolerate or allow parties of ANY type. It’s stated in our rules on the listing. In addition, given the Ohio's statewide ban on mass gatherings, no parties of any type is allowed by airbnb hosts. The hosts are not allowed to authorize events and parties due to current covid-19 crisis. Thank you for understanding.
