Grand Room in a Heritage Hill Home

Located within walking distance to downtown Grand Rapids, stay in a historic home in the Heritage Hill neighborhood. This master bedroom has it's own private bathroom with an antique shower, bathtub and heated tile floors. It has a King sized sleigh bed for a restful sleep. The space Built in 1874, our home is part of the historic neighborhood Heritage Hill. This federal style home has noteworthy features including a Dutch bonnet over the entryway, columns framing the front door and extensive use of leaded windows throughout the home. The main living room has 13-foot ceilings and its original crown molding. The formal dining room features a dome ceiling with an antique chandelier. Come experience everything our lovely home has to offer. Guest access In addition to their own private room and bath, guests have access to the living room, dining room and sun room. The sun room has a microwave, toaster and mini fridge available for guest use. During your stay We're around most of the time and available for any questions or help our guests may need. We live on site, in a separated private area. Other things to note We do not provide breakfast or any other meals. Each room has their own parking spot in the driveway.
