Rotorua, Homestead - Paradise Valley Lodge

The Homestead is a fully equipped house featuring a large kitchen and cafe corner style seating overlooking our stunning gardens. It has four large bedrooms, three of which have ensuites and can sleep up to 8 people. The space With Mt Ngongotaha as a backdrop, beautiful country views, 2 acres of lawns and beautiful gardens, a bubbling trout stream and native birds singing… it really does feel like a piece of paradise. At our unique property you can enjoy the freedom of being self-sufficient with family and friends in one of our many accommodation options. All rooms can be booked individually or the entire property can be booked exclusively – the perfect place for special events or gatherings. We are only 15 minutes from Rotorua City Centre, and 5 minutes to many major tourist attractions and Ngongotaha Village. There is an excellent trout stream on the property boundary which is famous for its large trout (both rainbow and brown), direct access is available by walking to the bottom of the property. You can also enjoy a hot soak in our spa pool or enquire about booking an onsite massage/spa treatment. Paradise Valley Lodge is the perfect place to relax and unwind – whether it is after a day full of activities, or as a chance to escape to the countryside with family and friends. So come and enjoy the peace and tranquility of staying in the country at Paradise Valley Lodge. Guest access You can request a property map after you book to see the layout of the rooms/dwellings. The Homestead sleeps up to 8 people (featuring 4 bedrooms, each can be a super king or split single beds). This building also features a washing machine and there is access to a dryer in our garage. You will have shared access to the grounds and spa pool, as there may be other guests staying on-site. Other things to note We can host Special Events at our property however these require an exclusive booking and will incur an additional cost. Please enquire for more information. Bookings that host events without permission or allow additional guests on-site will face additional charges.
