Beautiful open concept lake house on wide quiet cove looking out on the big lake. Great access to the big lake. Tie up your own boat or enjoy paddling the 4 kayaks that are available. Great neighborhood for walking and riding bikes. Guests are welcome to grill and use firepit on the patio. Enjoy Beautiful views with big windows across the back of the house and the screen porch. Vibrant sunsets in the evening. Three bedroom house with large loosen concept living area and two bathrooms. Tenpeople can sleep comfortably and with the available air mattresses you can sleep more. Bedrooms have closet space with shelves and space for hanging clothes. Master bedroom and bathroom are large and have a queen bed and a futon as well as a walk-in shower. Bathrooms are stocked with beach towels, bath towels, shampoo, conditioner and hair dryer. Safety bars are installed in the walk-in shower. Kitchen is equipped with dishes, silverware, pots and pans, coffee pot. Toaster, crock pot, wine glasses and condiments. Movies are available for kids in the bedroom. and a Wifi is available. Outdoor patios and boat dock areas have picnic tables and chairs. You will enjoy putting the chairs around the fire pit for s’mores or for an outdoor dinner and the sunset. Gas Grill is available for guests. Family games for indoors and outdoors are available. Toys and puzzles are available if guests or children want to play. A basketball goal is on the driveway for guests to play. Please bring your own ball. Outdoor time includes KAYAKS and a PADDLEBOAT, fishing rods. swimming and floats. Some lifejackets are also available in the dock box. All children must have in life jackets when outside. Parents are responsible for the child’s safety. There is room in the cove for guests’ boats . They may be tied to the dock or anchored near. The cove starts about 4 feet deep and gets deeper as you go out to the middle. Guests may use the entire house, outdoor patios, big yard and boat dock.. Garage is not available. Pontoon boat and jet skis are not available for guest use,. A keyless entry is on the side door of the house by the garage and patio. Key code and WiFi password will given to guest before arrival. We are available by phone, text or email within an hour during your stay if you have questions or problems. We are always available to help you. This is a quiet neighborhood where adults and children can walk, ride bikes or drive their golf cart . This neighborhood feels safe and is a total escape from the bustle of Dallas and Fort Worth. It is the perfect place for annual relaxation trips and get- togethers with friends and family. Our house is welcoming with the open area living and screen porch, large yard for games, sidewalk on the lakeside for fishing and a beautiful new boat dock. We look forward to sharing our relaxing retreat with you. Guests may park in the driveway. Four cars can park there. Four other cars can park in the front of the house. It is ok to park in the grass In the front yard near the street. PLEASE PARK FACING THE COVE.so as not to block other neighbor's parking. You can park two cars on either side of the driveway. Parking should hold approximately eight cars. There are several ways to get to the house. Be sure to use your GPS or Google maps. The road is windy after you turn off of Hwy 198. Keep coming and when the road dead ends, turn right then left and there we are. Call if you get lost. We try to answer quickly when we know you are coming. There are a number of restaurants, antique stores, farm and tractor store, bowling alley , movie theater and brewery in and around the area. Gun Barrell City and Athens are near by. Both between 12 -15 miles. Malakoff (4 miles away) has antique stores, grocery store, pharmacy and several fast food restaurants . A great Mexican restaurant is in Malakoff and a Dollar General is very close if you forgot something. Please feel free to use anything in the house if you need extra spices or condiments. I keep several things there and you are welcome to make yourself at home. I put suggestions in my house manual for things to do in the area. FYI...As you come down Hwy 198, there is a little couple that have a vegetable stand and and everything she has tastes great and is reasonably priced.
