The contemporary kitchen on the second floor features an island with white quartz counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and kitchen essentials including a Keurig coffee maker. Enjoy your cup of Joe and have breakfast out on the covered balcony off the kitchen. You can also stoke up the Weber gas BBQ and grill up some food for dinner. The living room boasts a 75" tv and a sectional couch that converts to a queen size bed. The large windows throughout let in a lot of natural sunlight. Rounding off this floor is a powder room. This home has two suite-style bedrooms with attached bathrooms. Both suites are on the third floor. The larger suite has a king bed, tv, two closets, a walk-in rain shower with a double vanity sink. The other suite has a queen bed and a shower/tub bathroom combo. This floor also has laundry machines. This home is perfect for a flexcation. There bedroom on the first floor with a twin bed also has a dedicated work from home space. It features an electric stand-up desk, ergonomic chair, monitor, scanner, printer, and a waterproof antimicrobial mouse and keyboard. This townhome style row home has a small private garage and air conditioning. Prior to check-in, you'll receive a personalized code to the smart lock on the front door. Once inside, you'll see a welcome binder that provides additional information about the unit as well as local food and attraction recommendations. This townhome is conveniently located. Starbucks, McDonalds, Ezelle's Chicken, a gas station, and grocery store are only 3 blocks away on California Ave. Explore other restaurants such as Zeeks Pizza and pubs and shops along this popular street. If fresh air and exercise is what you enjoy then check out Lincoln Park. Lowman Beach Park is only 1 mile away! The ever-popular Alki Beach where all the action takes place is a little farther, but it’s the place to be especially in the summer. You can go for a run, ride your bikes or electric scooters along the shoreline, paddleboard, kayak, scuba dive, build sandcastles, play beach volleyball, beach comb, build a bonfire, and watch the amazing sunsets. There are several eateries as well as water sport equipment rental shops along Alki Ave. If you are eager to checkout Seattle’s tourist hot spots like Pike Place Market, the Pier and Great Wheel, then you can hop on the water taxi at Seacrest dock. You’ll have an amazing view of the downtown skyline and Space Needle while taking this 10-15 min boat ride. The water taxi is also a great option if you are here to catch a Seahawks, Mariners or Sounders game. If you’d rather explore more Northwest nature versus city life, then take the ferry to Vashon Island. The Fauntleroy ferry dock is only minutes away. Other thing to note: Our townhome has several floors of living space. As such, we may not be a good fit for your needs if you have physical/mobility limitations or have young children. The width of the garage door opening is 8 feet and can accommodate compact cars. You'll need to use the interior switch to open and close the garage door. Air conditioning is provided via mini splits in the following areas. One mini split is located on the second floor (kitchen, living and dining area) and the second mini split is in the larger suite with the king bed. Please note we only supply a starter amount of consumables such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwashing liquid, shampoo etc. Please plan to purchase more if you run out. We also do not supply any perishables in the fridge such as ketchup and mustard. Please plan to bring or purchase your own. Please be respectful as some of our interior walls are shared walls with the neighboring townhomes. This is not a party house. If you are looking for a place to do so, we kindly ask that you book elsewhere. Parties and additional guests are not permitted. Only guests on the reservation are allowed at the property. Any excessive noise and activities will be reported by our neighbors. Smoking tobacco, marijuana, e-cigarettes, vaping or any other substance in any indoor part of the premises is strictly prohibited. Quiet hours are from 10pm-9am.
