The resort is ideally located, just a short walk from the beach and close to a range of local shops, restaurants, and attractions. The space The total villa’s area is 96 m2: the kitchen is 34 m2; the bedroom is 14 m2; the bathroom is 6 m2; the chaise lounge zone is 15 m2; the pool zone is 27 m2 (jacuzzi pool is 4x3 m). The kitchen utilities: a microwave; a fridge; Electric cooker; Toster; Electric kettle; All the cooking essentials included. There is a 65-inch TV set in the living room. Guest access Settlement The Residence Resort is a closed area guarded 24/7. A parking lot for cars and scooters is free of charge within the compound. Other things to note ‼️ Dear guests please note: ▪️The price does not include the cost of electricity, as guests often leave the air conditioning running when they leave the house. Rental involves the extra charge for electricity (6 baht/unit); ▪️ The refundable deposit must be paid on the day of arrival. Deposit amount 10000 Thai Baht or 300$ cash. It will be returned on check-out day. ▪️ Cleaning is not included in the price. The cost of cleaning is 600 baht (if necessary)
