Studio w/Private Patio; Steps to the Beach

The studio is equipped with essentials for a carefree stay. You’ll love our place because of its cleanliness, private patio, and great central location. The studio is perfect for couples, single guests, friends, and business travelers. Our building is steps away from the ocean and the beachfront pool. PLEASE SEE NOTE BELOW The space Feel like you are staying at your own little beach place and vacation like a local in this privately owned studio, which accommodates up to 2 Guests. This cozy NON SMOKING 1st floor studio with private patio features ceramic tile flooring, 1 kings sized bed, and desk area. The kitchenette has a small refrigerator, sink, microwave, toaster oven, toaster, coffee maker (with complimentary coffee and light snacks), dishes, glasses, utensils and table with chairs. For your convenience you will find a hair dryer and toiletries. An iron and ironing board are also available. The studio has a private patio that is just a few steps to the beach or pool, where you can hear the sounds and feel the breezes. ☆What you see in pictures is exactly what apartment looks like, just bedding may vary. No Surprises! Please review all the pictures for the best description of what to expect when you stay inside our Studio. (please note: Unit is not child proofed)☆ Our building is located right on the “Drive Free" beach zone, you just walk down the pool deck and you are right on the World's Most Famous Beach's sand!! Don't miss the amazing sunrises everyday from our balcony or pool deck. On summer weekend nights thru Labor Day and winter Holidays, you will have the best seat for the Fireworks! Guest access Guests have full use of the resort, coin laundry, the pool area, and Drive Free Beach Zone. SOME AREAS OF PROPERTY STILL CLOSED SUE TO CONSTRUCTION. While we provide linens, bath towels, and beach towels for your stay, we do NOT provide housekeeping services. There is an onsite coin laundry if needed. You should also know that there is: - 1 Vehicle Parking Pass per reservation. (Replacement parking pass will be a $75 fee) Note: There are low-fee lots in the area if needed. Due to parking pass theft. You must have an enclosed vehicle where the pass must hang from the rear view mirror. If a parking pass is not located with your vehicle, your vehicle will be towed off the property. - NO TRAILER parking is allowed on the property. Ask us for local trailer parking information available in the area. Other things to note IMPORTANT PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING! The Daytona Inn Beach Resort is an older Building that is going through an exterior concrete remodeling process and our Condo Association is working really hard to restore the beauty of our building to match it's perfect location. Our Studio's interior is clean & not affected by exterior construction work but some noise, construction equipment and activity is expected during all the week on Monday - Friday from 8AM - 4PM. WiFi has been affected by construction. Unfortunately, you can not walk through the pool deck area to get to the beach but you will be able to walk around to the side entrance of the building. While our Building goes through this Make Over, we as private owners, can offer you a budget friendly studio in one of the best locations in Daytona Beach, right at the World's Most Famous Beach!
