This comfy lakefront condo is just what your family needs for the perfect lake getaway! Our condo is located just 0.3 miles from the Jet Express and steps away from downtown. You will be surrounded by everything you need for the perfect lake vacay! Oh, and did we mention the pool and hot tub?! The space This listing can sleep up to 4 guests on 1 queen bed in 1 bedroom and 1 sofa bed. There is 1 full bath with a washer and dryer for guest use in the bathroom as well. The back door of the condo opens up directly to the lake! In Summary -1 bedroom with queen bed -1 sofa bed -1 full bath shower/tub -large open living space -full kitchen -washer/dryer (detergent not provided) -charcoal grill (charcoal not provided) Guest access This condo is located within the Waterfronts Condominium Complex. Guests have access to entire 1 bed, 1 bath condo. To enter the property there is a lock box located at the door. Simply punch in the lock box code to access the key. Please remember to return the key to the lockbox upon check out. You will find two keys, but we always recommend leaving at least one in the lock box in case one is lost. There will be a $5 fee for any missing keys. Other things to note There is both a pool and hot tub within the condo complex! Both the hot tub and pool are shared . You must use the fob on the lanyard as well as the wrist bands for pool access. There are 6 pool wrist bands provided and 2 fobs attached to lanyards. Please leave the pool passes and fobs prior to check out. There is an $80 fee to replace a fob for pool entry . Please note, the pool and hot tub are only open during peak season and will not be available during winter months. There is also a great playground for the kids! Please note that we do not supply coffee, creamer, and other kitchen staples. If there are some there you are welcome to use them. There is a store very close by for anything you may need or might have forgotten to pack. CHECK OUT Please be sure to leave the condo in the condition you found it. We ask that you respect our property and follow the check out procedures below. 1. Toss all used towels and linens in a pile in the bathtub. 2. Put used dishes in the dishwasher and start it. 3. Any excessive trash that does not fit in the trashcan please take out to the exterior dumpsters. 4. Please lock all doors and windows upon checkout. If there are any stains or damages resulting in additional cleaning services or maintenance we will pursue additional charges.
