This comfy lakefront condo is just what your family needs for the perfect lake getaway! Our condo is located just 0.3 miles from the Jet Express and steps away from downtown. You will be surrounded by everything you need for the perfect lake vacay! Oh, and did we mention the pool and hot tub?! This listing can sleep up to 6 guests on 1 queen bed in 1 bedroom, 1 queen sofa bed, and 1 full sofa bed. There is 1 full bath with a washer and dryer for guest use in the bathroom as well. The back door of the condo opens up directly to the lake! Guests have access to entire 1 bed, 1 bath condo. To enter the property there is a lock box located at the door. Simply punch in the lock box code to access the key. Please remember to return the key to the lockbox upon check out. There will be a $5 fee for any missing keys. We will not be on the property, but are only a phone call or message away! We encourage all guests to reach out right away with any questions or concerns, especially if there is a problem. You will need to use the parking passes provided inside the condo. Please return the parking passes prior to check out. There will be a $10 fee for each parking pass not returned. There are popular restaurants within walking distance as well as the Jet Express for easy access to the Islands! There is both a pool and hot tub within the condo complex! Please note, both the hot tub and pool are shared . You must use the pool passes for access. There are 6 pool passes provided. Please leave the pool passes prior to check out. There will be a $10 fee for any pool passes not returned. Please note, the pool and hot tub are only open during peak season and will not be available during winter months. There is also a great playground for the kids! Please note that we do not supply supply coffee, creamer, and other kitchen staples. If there are some there you are welcome to use them. There is a store very close by for anything you may need or might have forgotten to pack. CHECK OUT Please be sure to leave the condo in the condition you found it. We ask that you respect our property and follow the check out procedures below. 1. Toss all used towels and linens in a pile in the bathtub. 2. Put used dishes in the dishwasher and start it. 3. Any excessive trash that does not fit in the trashcan please take out to the exterior dumpsters. 4. Please lock all doors and windows upon checkout. If there are any stains or damages resulting in additional cleaning services or maintenance we will pursue additional charges.
